I stayed at a Taj hotel recently and overall I did feel safe. There was security at the entrance, bags were scanned, and there were usually staff around the lobby, which was reassuring. That said, I expected the security to be a bit more consistent for a hotel like Taj. One day the car was checked properly, and the next day it felt like barely anything was checked. Floor access also seemed a little too open. It wasn’t bad by any means, but compared to what I had in mind for a Taj property, I thought the security could have been tighter and more uniform.

The room was actually really nice and comfortable. It did feel a bit expensive, but overall I’d say it was worth it. The only thing is, after I made the payment, I felt a little unsure and started questioning if everything would go smoothly, which took away from the experience a bit.

The massage was really great, honestly. I felt super relaxed after. The only thing is, the steam room could’ve been a bit cleaner. Still had a good experience overall.

Maybe I was just tired from traveling and being too impatient, but it felt a bit messy at the time. The room was ready though, so that helped. Check-out was much smoother and really quick. My points showed up without any issues, I got a room upgrade once, which was a lovely surprise, and late checkout really helped me out on one trip. It hasn’t been perfect every single time, but overall I’ve been really happy with it and it definitely adds a nice feel-good touch to my stays.

I stayed at Taj recently the housekeeping team made the stay feel really comfortable. My room was cleaned well every day, towels were changed on time, and they even neatly arranged some of my messy stuff without making it feel intrusive. Any small request I had was handled quickly too. Overall, I was really happy with the service and would definitely say the housekeeping was one of the highlights of my stay

Stayed at a Taj property last weekend, the thing I keep remembering most is how peaceful it felt as soon as we walked in. I’m probably forgetting a few practical details now, but the lobby, the soft lighting, the flowers, and those old-style touches really stood out to me. It felt classy without being too formal or intimidating. Even the corridors and little sitting areas had this calm charm that I liked more than I expected. Everything was clean, warm, and had that relaxed luxury feel without trying too hard. If I’m being honest, the ambiance is what stuck with me the most. Easy 5 stars from me.

Booked a room on Taj Hotels it was smooth. Picking the dates, checking the rates, and making the payment all went through without a fuss. I got the confirmation quickly too. I was expecting at least one small headache because, you know, hotel websites... but nope. Everything just worked.

First reply took a little longer than expected, so was slightly worried at first. After that, everything went smoothly. Overall, good help and happy with it.

I stayed at a Taj hotel that I booked through tajhotels.com, the location was probably the best part of the stay for me. It was close to the main places I needed to get to, cabs were easy to find, and I didn’t end up wasting a bunch of time traveling back and forth. There were also food spots and shops nearby, which made things really convenient. The booking process was simple too. That said, while the location worked really well, I did have a bit of doubt about whether the overall quality fully matched what I expected from the Taj name. Still, if being central and avoiding travel hassle is your main priority, it worked out well for me.

The pool was really nice and definitely one of the better parts of the stay. The recreation options were fine, but maybe it’s just me, I was expecting a little more or something a bit more engaging. Overall, not bad, just not super memorable.

The bed was comfy enough tbh, so I slept fine, but the room felt a bit cramped. Not terrible, just kinda tight lol

Overall, the wedding event went really smoothly and the staff handled everything well. I’ll give them credit for staying organized and making sure things didn’t feel chaotic. That said, some of the waiting around was frustrating, especially when we weren’t sure what was happening next. Still, once things got moving, everything turned out nicely

The food was nice and we enjoyed the meal overall. The service was kinda slow, but everyone was friendly and it was still a good dinner.

Had dinner at Taj and the food was so good. Everything tasted fresh and the spices were just right. The desserts surprised me too they were really nice. Service was good as well but for me the food was definitely the highlight. I’d happily eat there again
